Delivery Information

Last updated: September 2026

At V4 HOME, we are committed to delivering fresh vegetables and groceries right to your doorstep — conveniently and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

🚚 Free Home Delivery

We offer free home delivery to all our serviceable areas. No minimum order value, no hidden delivery charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

⏰ Delivery Timings

• Orders are typically delivered within same day or next morning, depending on when you place your order.
• Early morning orders (placed before 8:00 AM) are prioritised for same-day delivery.
• We aim to deliver between 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM for most addresses.
• Delivery timings may vary during festivals, heavy rains, or other disruptions — we will always inform you in advance.

📦 How We Source & Deliver

V4 HOME directly procures fresh vegetables and fruits from local farms and wholesale markets in and around Hyderabad. Packaged goods like masalas, oils, dals, and flours are sourced from authorised distributors and recognised brand dealers.

We are not a stockist or warehouse. Items are procured fresh, as close to your delivery date as possible, to ensure maximum freshness.

📋 Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• You can add specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at door", "Call before arriving") at checkout.
• If delivery cannot be completed, our delivery person will call you. If unreachable, the order may be rescheduled or cancelled.

⚠️ Items Not Available

Since we procure fresh, some items may occasionally be unavailable due to market supply or seasonal reasons. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will:

• Call or message you to offer a suitable substitute, or
• Deliver the rest of your order and refund the unavailable item.
