Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with V4 HOME. By using our website or app, you agree to these terms.

1. About V4 HOME

V4 HOME is a home delivery service that procures fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, and household staples directly from local farms, wholesale markets, and authorised distributors or dealers. We are not a manufacturer, stockist, or warehousing company. Products are sourced fresh and delivered on a best-effort basis.

2. Product Availability & Quality

• All products are subject to availability at the time of ordering. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you and offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
• Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits) is procured daily. Natural variations in size, colour, and weight are normal and do not constitute a defect.
• Packaged goods (masalas, flours, oils) are sourced from recognised brands and suppliers. V4 HOME is a reseller/retailer, not the manufacturer. Any quality complaints regarding packaged goods must be addressed to the respective brand/manufacturer. We will assist you in that process.
• We do not guarantee a fixed harvest size, grade, or exact weight for farm-fresh produce beyond a reasonable tolerance of ±10%.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal availability, wholesale market rates, or supplier pricing. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the items are unavailable or if there is a pricing error.
• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Online payment options may be added in future.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.

5. Delivery

• We currently deliver within Vasanth Nagar (500072) and select nearby areas in Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Delivery is free of charge for orders to our serviceable areas (subject to minimum order value, if any).
• Delivery times are best-effort and may be affected by weather, traffic, or supply conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. If the delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you. Undelivered orders may be cancelled.

6. Limitation of Liability

V4 HOME's liability in any circumstances is limited to the value of the goods in the order concerned. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Quality issues arising from improper storage by the customer after delivery.
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any issues arising from third-party manufacturer defects in packaged goods.

V4 HOME is a small, independently run home-delivery service. We are not a registered stockist or large-scale retailer. Our liability is proportional to the nature and scale of our operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is the property of V4 HOME or its licensed partners. The website and app are developed by Damerax Cloud Solutions and the technology remains their intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance.
